このプログラムは21年の歴史を誇り、新鋭のリーダーたちの育成や職種・年代の垣根を越えたネットワーキングを目的としたものです。今日に生きるリーダーたちが直面する主だった重要な問題をカバーし、著名人によるセミナー、フィールド・トリップ、ケーススタディー、その他の活動を行ないます。対象は労働経験が５年以上のリーダー候補生。申込は7月31日締め切りです。

The Leadership Experience for the Leaders of Tomorrow.
Now in its 21st year, the Williamson Community Leadership Program (WCLP) offers one of Australia’s most sought-after leadership development experiences.
WCLP provides a unique year of leadership–focused activities that are designed to develop and connect emerging leaders across sectors and generations. The program covers an outstanding selection of critical issues facing today’s leaders, brought to life by seminars from renowned leaders, field trips, case studies and other activities, culminating in an end-of-year retreat. Past programs have covered topics such as creating a culture of innovation, developing a sustainable Australia, Australia in a globalised world, governing Australia in the 21st century, leading in a diverse community, and much more.
At the conclusion of the program, the participants graduate as WCLP Fellows, joining our network of Alumni.

Emerging leaders who are among the best and brightest in their organisations. WCLP participants typically are above-average achievers who have 5-10 years of experience in the workforce

2013 WCLP Application Instructions
Applications for LV’s Williamson Community Leadership Program in 2013 are now open! Please ensure you have read the instructions below if you intend to apply.
1. Applications for WCLP 2013 open on 1st June 2012.
2. To apply for WCLP 2013 please click on the APPLY NOW button at the bottom of this page or add http://www.leadershipvictoria.org/form/wclp to your browser bar favourites.
3. To apply you will need to REGISTER an account on the LV website. This is found in the top right corner of this log in page. Select the “I need to REGISTER” option.
4. Once you have complete these details, you will be automatically directed to the WCLP online application form. Simply begin filling out your details as indicated on the form.
5. At any time you can save your application form and return to it later. To save your form, choose the blue “SAVE” button on the right hand side. You can then logout and return later by logging in again. Your saved document will appear, shown as a DRAFT.
6. Please ensure you have answered all questions in full before attempting to submit your online application. You will not be able to modify the form once it is submitted.
7. When you have fully completed the form, click “SUBMIT” on the right-hand side of the screen.
8. If the Sign Off Agreement PDF does not automatically generate, please click the “Sign Off Agreement” button that appears on the right-hand side of the screen. This will download the Sign Off Agreement PDF to your computer.
- The Sign Off Agreement acknowledges that you have read and understood the Terms and Conditions and your employer supports your participation in WCLP 2013.
- Full Terms and Conditions are available at the bottom of the online application form.
9. You must print and sign the Sign Off Agreement, and have your employer sign it.
10. Scan your completed Sign Off Agreement and email it to wclp@leadershipvictoria.org by 31 July 2012.
11. Your application is not complete and will not be processed until your Sign Off Agreement is completed and has been signed and returned to LV prior to COB on 31 July 2012.
12. LV will advise applicants of the outcome of their application by mid-November 2012.
